Unless otherwise agreed upon, USPS Priority mail, with tracking, is used for domestic and international shipments. USPS Express mail is used when necessary. In most cases, during the COVID-era, guarantees of delivery dates/times are suspended. Tracking on all shipments is provided. UPS is an option, if paid for, for international shipping. Please inquire for pricing.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the products, custom printed documents and engraved leather diploma covers are NOT returnable. We will replace any defective items, or replace (with small fee) any items that you approved, but may have missed some detail.
